Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, Inc. (NHSSN) is a non-profit agency, which has, for the past 26 years, dedicated itself all things housing. We change and enhance the lives of low-to-moderate-income individuals, families, and communities throughout Southern Nevada by providing affordable rental housing, down payment assistance, financial literacy, pre-and post-purchase housing counseling, and homebuyer education.
